How much is shipping?

We charge flat rate $9.95 AUD shipping

How long will it take to make my portrait?

We aim to have your portrait completed within 2 to 5 business days. Once we have completed your portrait we will email you a copy for you to approve before its printed and shipped out.

Where will my portrait be printed?

If you live in Australia your order will be printed in Brunswick Victoria. For international orders we have several printing facilities around the world, if you would like to know more details please contact us at info@floorsome.com.au

What wrap style do you use?

We use a mirror image wrap style so the entire portrait is displayed on the front of the canvas, the image mirrors onto the sides of the portrait. We can change this at your request to a gallery wrap where the image goes over the side of the portrait. If you would prefer a gallery wrap style please put note in with the order or simply send us an email once you have placed your order.

How long will it take to get to me?

Most orders will be delivered within 5 - 10 business days once they have shipped.

What happens when I place an order? 

1. Once your order is placed our team will get right onto creating your portrait

2. In 3 to 5 business days we will send you an email with a copy of the completed portrait, which you will need to approve.

3. Once you have approved your portrait we will then have it printed up and shipped out.

Who is bringing my order to me?

We use a variety of couriers for our portraits depending on where you live.

What if i'm not home when it arrives?

If a parcel cannot be delivered on the first attempt, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free re-delivery.

If your parcel is scanned by the courier as available for re-delivery, and the your email address has been provided you will will receive an email notification. You may also be left a card by the courier.

This email notification or card left will include the information required to arrange a re-delivery - all you need to do is follow the instructions in the email, or on the card that has been left on the premises.

It is important that you book a re-delivery within the time frame stated in the email, or on the card. This is because the parcel will be returned to the us after the stated time frame. 

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide a tracking number with every order.
